This privacy policy applies solely to the app ‘Fall Check’, created by Crunchy Cracker.
Crunchy Cracker respects the privacy of all users of its services and ensures that all personal information is treated confidentially.
Crunchy Cracker is not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party websites or services that may be linked from or referenced by this app.
This app (“we”, “our”, or “us”) does not collect, store, or share any personal information or user data.
Information Collection and Use
We do not collect any personally identifiable information (PII) from users. The app runs entirely on your device and does not transmit any data to external servers.
Third-Party Services
This app does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising SDKs, or data-sharing services. No user data is transmitted to or shared with any third party. Should third-party services be incorporated in future versions, this policy will be updated accordingly and users will be notified.
Children’s Privacy
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or under 16 where applicable under the EU General Data Protection Regulation). Because this app does not collect or store any personal data, there is no risk of inappropriate data use by or about minors. If you believe a child has provided personal information through this app, please contact us and we will take appropriate action.
Local Storage
All data — including custom pipe standards, calibration settings, and measurement history — is stored locally on your device only. This data is never uploaded, shared, or transmitted anywhere. Uninstalling the app permanently deletes this data.
Sensors
FallCheck uses your device’s built-in accelerometer to measure tilt/slope. Sensor readings are processed entirely on-device and are never recorded, stored remotely, or shared.
In-App Purchases
FallCheck may offer optional in-app purchases or premium upgrades through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
All payments are securely processed by Apple or Google. FallCheck does not collect, store, or have access to your credit card information or payment details.
To verify or restore purchases, the app may communicate with Apple or Google’s purchase systems.
Sharing
If you use the PDF export feature, the report is generated locally on your device and shared only through the sharing method you choose (e.g. email, messaging apps, file storage). FallCheck does not receive or store a copy of any exported report.
Your Rights (EU/EEA Users)
Even though we collect no personal data, EU and EEA residents have rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), including the right to access, rectification, erasure, and portability of personal data, and the right to object to processing. Since this app processes no personal data, none of these rights are applicable in practice.
